The most important part of ozone machine is ozone discharging tubes.
The electric parameters and mechanical strength of ozone discharging tubes are main factors that affect ozone efficiency, reliability and flexibility
Our ozone systems use non-glass insulating materials (de-hydroxyl quartz structure).
The mechanical strength and heat resistance of Titanium de-hydroxyl quartz structure is much stronger than glass discharging tubes. The support material of discharge tubes are stainless steel tubes and ozone-resistant PVDF.
All discharging tubes have been tested through 3 times of operation voltage. Same tests are implemented before system assembling and using. Breakdown voltage is higher than 3 times of maximum operation voltage.
Comparison of discharge technology of de-hydroxyl and glass discharge structure

Features of GSL-H series (for air disinfection)
1). Alarm for no ozone gas, do not stop automatically, will et normal when there is ozone. This function is to indicate whether discharge cell works normally; Under following conditions, alarm doesn’t work when there is no ozone gas: a- no air source supplied; b—gas pipeline blocked or leakage;
2). Backwater alarm. Turn off the machine, blow and get it dried with oxygen or dry air, it’s normal if the alarm stops after 3 second;
3). Overheat alarm and shutdown protection, get normal and work again when temperature is below 50℃, alarm stops; it may be cause by: a-- blow fan is blocked; b—environmental temperature is too high.
4). Alarm for faults of electric circuit;
5). Ozone output is adjustable from 10% to 100%;
6). Water cooling method for discharge cell, temperature of cooling water is below 30℃.
7. Ozone generator is comprised of 7-10 integrated discharge tubes, independent gas pipeline and flow control, independent electric circuit module and circuit control, independent ozone tubes.
Technology introduction:
These ozone generators use IGBT integrated technology, produce ozone with principle of corona discharge. Discharge chamber is comprised of de-hydroxyl quartz tubes; special design for backwater prevention (backwater won’t damage machines). Electric circuit uses module design, antioxidant elements are used for dielectric components, connectors and pipes, long service life, big corona discharge area, low temperature.

Ozone discharge chamber adopts Garman technology: non-glass material de-hydroxyl quartz tubes. This structure is very stable, has long service lifetime, high efficiency of discharge, high concentration of periphery discharge, don’t break down easily because of backflow water;
