Description:

UV is a proven and dependable method for controlling algae, bacteria, and protozoa without any harmful residuals.

An ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system emits a germicidal ray which alters or disrupts the DNA or RNA of single celled organisms. When UV radiation penetrates the cell wall of an organism, it destroys the cell's ability to reproduce.

UV water disinfection system is beneficial & highly-efficient for water  treatment, which can be used alone to together with other water treatment methods like sediment filtration, reverse osmosis process, active carbon adsorption or deionization. It’s a process used to remove contaminants from wastewater or sewage and convert it into an effluent that can be returned to the water cycle with minimum impact on the environment, or directly reused. It Improves the quality of water to make it more acceptable for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking, industrial water supply, irrigation, river flow maintenance, water recreation or many other uses.

Structure of ultraviolet disinfection system:

1. Housing material: stainless steel reaction chamber uses imported 304# or 316# stainless steel with immense thickness;

2. Processing technologies: made by welding, all thread welding are smooth and seamless; big chamber with internal and external polishing, strengthen intensity of UVC radiation. Bearing pressure reaches 0.6Mpa, strict tests for air and water pressure, completely avoid water leakage ;

3. Ultraviolet lamp tubes: use low-pressure high-intensity mercury lamps with service lifetime as long as 9000-13000hours, equipped with high-efficiency electronic ballasts and further strengthen the bactericidal rate of the disinfection system;

4. Electronic ballast: integrated design of housing, special and fast single-end four-pin tube connector; wide-voltage design, preheating startup, fault-protection, anti-electromagnetic interference;

5. Quartz sleeves: adopt imported highly-pure quartz raw material, single open end structure, excellent sealing capability;

6. Sealing ring: use food-grade silicon gel, O-type ring made by special molding, completely avoid leakage problem caused by improper installation;

7. Electric control cabinet: There are voltage meter, time totalizer,  power switch, work indicator, lamp tube fault indicator; ballasts and other electronic elements are installed in the control cabinet, UV intensity monitor and timer are installed for some systems.

8. Product specifications: wide range of product specifications, wide range of applicable flow rate. The stainless steel housing of UVC disinfection system has service lifetime as long as 10 years;

9. System design: Adopt standards with American NS55 “Ultraviolet microbiological water treatment systems”;
